Hello, welcome to use our products, thank you for your support. First of all, please make sure that the FC-8100T face recognition access controller device has been installed in the FCARD3500 software and the face recognition access controller is online. Then click the "Access Record" menu in the frequently used function column on the left side of the software to enter. Under this menu, you can collect records and view records. Click the ‘collection record’ button to select the corresponding door device (face recognition access controller, fingerprint access controller, access control board) to collect (pictured). After the collection is complete, click the ‘search’ button to view all access records. If the face machine has the verification capture function (the default is on), you can view the photos captured in real time during verification.
