The Electric Lock Can’t Pop Up

Details of the problem:
I installed FC-500 electric lock in our office gate, which installed it in the group with front side. It is normal after we installed it, but the lock tongue can not pop up for several days? And we take apart it, it turns normal again.
Expert answer:
FC-500 electric lock also called “under mortise lock”, lock tongue (pop up iron rod) is down side and you installed it in the group with a non-standard installation. You can not install the lock with the way you like. The lock tongue can not pop up with the lock hole dust falling. I suggest you to re-install it according with the instruction.
