Why FC-918E Didn’t Have Response While Reading Card?

Details of the problem:
Hello, We power on after FC-918E installed, the Infrared lamp of the lock is light, however, it didn’t have response when swipe card and still failure when power on by battery? Why? It can read card while remove it and we found it have a bit circuit with the wire, will it affect to reading cards?

Yes, it will affect reading cards, please pay attention to the wire(yellow) when install the device, many clients often meet the card broken or short circuit of wire to cause read card failure. The device and wire need to put neatly when installed and be careful to cut the wire.
