Hello, i have bought the FC-198E product from your company, the device didn’t sound when visitors press the doorbell button on FC-198E Access Controller, Why and how to solve?

Thanks for your questions. Yes, FC-198E support doorbell Function, however it need to connect with the external doorbell. FC-198E just has doorbell button not doorbell, we suggest you to buy the doorbell together when buy the device.
