Access controller cannot unlock

Details of the problem:
We have installed the FC-8940 access controller suits, power on after connected, it cannot unlock while swipe card, what's the problem of them?

Hello! Thanks for your support! First: please check the card whether have upload the unlock privilege to access control board or not after issue card. Second, check the power supply normal working or not. Third, please check the card reader no damaged. Fourth, please check does it have strong magnetic interference around the card reader. If the above steps are excluded, the reader still cannot reading.
