After you log in to the interface of the FCARD5000 consumer management system software, click on the "card operation" drop-down menu "repair bad card", in the pop-up window, place the card on the card issuer and read the card information (in the "Use Status", if it displays "Card Issued", it means that the card is not broken and does not need to be repaired, if it is displayed as "damaged", it means the card is a bad card and can be repaired tentatively), then click "repair bad card", and click "Yes" in the pop-up prompt window.
