How to wire the emergency key and broken glass switch?
Hello! Thanks for using our company's products! The broken glass button, also called the emergency exit button, is connected in series in the electric lock circuit,
when the glass is broken, that is, the line of the electric lock becomes open circuit, the electric lock loses its locking function, so the access control fails and the door opens automatically. It is generally suitable for emergency situations. The exit button is when the controller hardware is faulty or other reasons cause the personnel inside cannot open the door and are locked in the room. Suitable for banks, vaults and other places. When the above situation is encountered, the power supply of the door lock is turned off and the door is opened.
How to connect the exit switch: Connect one end of the exit switch to the GND of the access controller, and the other end to the L- of the access controller, and then short-circuit L+ and +12V.
How to connect the broken glass: connect one end of the broken glass to the FIRE of the access controller, and the other end to the GND of the access controller.
